I just made this last night for Valentine's Day Dinner. I found this in my grandmother's recipe box. Paul LOVED it and so did I. Its not a diet food, but on a cold stormy night it was perfect! When there are leftovers, I really like it with a little maple syrup drizzled on it.

    Recipe #287019

This is awesome. I got this recipe from my boss. It can be kept in the fridge for up to 6 weeks. So you can scoop out a couple muffins each morning and add what ever you want to them... like carrots or bananas... or whatever. And this recipe makes 5 dozen muffins. I love this idea! I made this with All Bran Cereal

    Recipe #283718

A friend gave me this recipe and man is it good! Each portion is 7 WW points. I just use regular pasta and it is still wonderful

    Recipe #281245

Cannot remember who gave me this recipe, but it makes a moist bread that I love. You can use different applesauces to change the flavor and texture. I like the chunky kind! Makes 2 loaves

    Recipe #281047

This came from Grammy Nell's arsenal of goodness. Not too difficult.. its kind of complex but the result is always a winner. Don't be confuse by the sugar being listed twice in the ingredients for the filling. Its used in 2 different steps. Cook time includes chilling time

    Recipe #281016

What a quick way to make mini tart shells. Fill with pudding or fruit or whatever. You could also omit the sugar and make them a savory shells to be filled with spiced ground beef with taco toppings! I like to stuff them with a mixture of spinach and ricotta cheese.

    Recipe #280813

A special weekend brunch for 2... perfect with a glass of champagne. Make sure to coat the pan well with cooking spray so the eggs don't stick. Spinach measurement is BEFORE thawing and draining. I made my sandwiched on Bermuda Onion Rolls but do as you like.

    Recipe #280809

I just recently introduced Paul to Bok Choy. He had never even heard of it. I was really happy with his reaction. I thought this was delicious. This is a great side dish to a marinated flank steak and pairs well with a nice Riesling.

    Recipe #280807

A recipe I have recently found in my Grandmother's recipe box. This is a lovely way to enjoy spinach in a new way. Goes great with an un-oaked chardonnay.

    Recipe #280792

I have been making this for a long time and its one of my favorites! I use canned pumpkin, but if you want to use fresh, use 1/2 cup wanter instead of the 2/3 listed for canned pumpkin. The recipe makes 2 loaves of pumpkin goodness! These freeze well!

    Recipe #280655

A very quick and easy soup perfect for cold winter days. I like to make this with cheddar cheese biscuits. Mmmmmmm!

    Recipe #280637

Always a popular party item. This can be prepared in advance and baked before serving. I like to serve this with warm pita chips.

Got this recipe from a friend of my mother. It takes a while, but is worth the wait. To make this Mexican style, use a tsp of cumin and a couple tablespoons of salsa or enchilada sauce.

Another of my mom's special recipes that can't be beat. I just love this. I sometimes substitute with broccoli. But I sauté it with onion, white wine and a bit of olive oil.

    Recipe #276304

My grandmother's best friend made these for the nurses while my grandmother was in the hospital and they all asked for the recipe. These are the best cupcakes I have ever had. Not the usual! This is so easy and worth every calorie

    Recipe #269929

My sister is a vegetarian and doesn't eat onions or garlic so when she comes to dinner I am hard pressed for recipes. This is what I came up with last night and I thought it was delicious! You could use this marinade with any fish or meat. I let the salmon sit in the sauce for about 40 minutes and then baked it in the sauce and drizzled it over the top after it was cooked.

    Recipe #268496

Not a big fan of meatloaf, but this was pretty good. I made it in to 6 mini meat loaves and baked them all together. The kids don't like onion chunks, so I grated a shallot on a rasp to get the flavor and not the chunks.

    Recipe #262575

What to make for dinner on a Sunday night with out going to the grocery store..... who knew... A STAR IS BORN! I get my frozen spinach in a bag, so its easy to measure out 2 cups. Save some of the pasta cooking water in case the sauce gets too thick for you

    Recipe #262573

One of my fall favorites. I am so happy this is back in season. I could eat this stuff by the bucket! This is the easiest side dish ever.

    Recipe #261048
