My mom has always made this delicious dish with zucchini from her garden. I added soy sauce to her recipe - it gives it really good flavor. This recipe is easily doubled, tripled, etc.

    Recipe #241495

This is my own concoction. I got my mom's regular potato soup recipe and completely changed it to make this wonderful dish. Right now it's the middle of July and about 100 degrees out, and my husband requested this for lunch - I guess it's a soup for all seasons!

    Recipe #241445

This is the most amazing macaroni recipe EVER. My mother found it in a Mennonite cookbook, and now it is a staple at every family gathering, potluck, cookout, etc. It's easy to make & can be prepared a day ahead. YUMMY!!!

    Recipe #241021

If you don't want to take the time to make a pie crust, this is a delicious and easy alternative.

    Recipe #240275

I made this up myself. I sort of remembered a recipe for cheese enchiladas my mother had given me, but I couldn't find it. So I started throwing stuff together and this is what I came up with. YUM!

    Recipe #239522

My 4-year old daughter actually had the idea for this little twist on an old favorite. We were making regular no bake cookies and she said "Mommy, I want some marshmallows in it." Next time I make them I am going to substitute graham cracker crumbs for the oats to make S'more cookies!

    Recipe #239519

COMFORT FOOD! And this version is SO easy to make. During the holidays I go to the trouble of cooking a whole chicken, reserving the stock, etc. But on lazy weekends, my family begs for this and I'm happy to oblige! As a general rule, use 1 egg for each person, and then add however much flour you need to make a dough that can be rolled out.

    Recipe #298596

WOW - who would have thought that four simple ingredients could be SO good?! My 14-year-old stepson calls these "Italian Cupcakes." This is just the basic recipe. I usually add chopped onion to the meat, and you can ad-lib with anything you have on hand: pepperoni, green peppers, mushrooms, seasonings, etc. But they are also delicious just like this, and SO easy to prepare! I have a pretty big herd, so I make these often when all the kids are around!

    Recipe #298326

Oh My Goodness! My husband and I love anything Buffalo, and this is SO good. I've made it twice in the last two weeks! The first time I made this "soup" it was really thick, so the next time I made it we tore up some crusty French bread and dipped. I'm taking this to the next Super Bowl party, for sure!

    Recipe #261005

I had an aunt that brought this to a Christmas gathering, and I couldn't get enough of it. She gave me the recipe, and I was surprised to find saltine crackers as the main ingredient! I think toffee is my weakness..

    Recipe #241448

My own version of an old favorite.

    Recipe #240905

I'm not sure where I found this recipe- I've had it for years. It's truly amazing!

    Recipe #240274

This is the most amazing macaroni recipe EVER. My mother found it in a Mennonite cookbook, and now it is a staple at every family gathering, potluck, cookout, etc. It's easy to make & can be prepared a day ahead. YUMMY!!!

    Recipe #240267

Thanksgiving will never be the same! This recip came from my fiance's first ex-wife's father... and it is the only way we fix turkey anymore. The apples & veggies make it really juicy and really bring out the flavors. I highly recommend grilling on charcoal; it produces a much better flavor than propane.

    Recipe #239999

This is a simple recipe, and a kid-pleaser.

    Recipe #239705

I believe I got this recipe from my ex-father-in-law, and I think it came from a restaurant by the same name. It's one of my favorite soups in the world. I also call it "Cheezy Veggie Soup"

    Recipe #239704

This is a modification to traditional No Bake Cookies. I got the idea when my 4-year old daughter suggested "Mommy, can we put marshmallows in the cookies?" I decided to switch graham crackers for oats and the results were AMAZING!
