I got this recipe from http://www.glutenfreehub.com and wanted to share these wonderful little gems with everyone here! Because they really are a great cupcake, gluten free or not. My GF friend loves them (and so does my picky NON GF husband.) :-) (Note: I was able to find the Betty Crocker GF cake mix at Kroger).

    Recipe #437479

Light tasting lemon dessert- the Lorna Doone shortbread cookies make a delicious crust.

    Recipe #424455

This is a great sandwich spread- at our house we use it for paninis & grilled sandwiches, well, really any kind of sandwiches. It's so simple, but delicious.

    Recipe #423451

This is one of my favorite meals. We make it at least once a month. I love to serve it with cream cheese corn and green beans. The original recipe for Porcupine Meatballs calls for ground beef, but after we tried ground turkey, we never went back.

    Recipe #423192

We love this recipe at my house...but I've never had the original "Woolworths" Frito Pie, so I can't compare the two. It's really good though. :-)

    Recipe #422734

These cookies are awesome. Sooooo good. The secret is to take them out of the oven when it looks like they aren't QUITE done.

    Recipe #422068

My husband has perfected MY salsa recipe over the years...now it's not MY salsa anymore, it's his! Which tastes much better than mine did. :-)

    Recipe #421939

I don't even remember where I got this recipe, I've been making it so long. Possibly one of those little community/church cookbooks. This is one of the meals my picky son will gobble up- he loves it. Me too!

    Recipe #421937

Yummy, creamy enchiladas. Used to eat these a LOT when I was a veg-head. They are delish! If you want, you can add 2 cups of chopped chicken, but I really don't think they need it!

    Recipe #421919

Another one of my mom's delicious recipes.

    Recipe #421918

I love this casserole. My Mom used to make this for me (minus the bacon, and used mushroom soup) when I was a vegetarian. Now that I eat meat (thanks Jesse :-) LOL) I enjoy it as written. It's delicious.

    Recipe #421917

Everyone has their own favorite potato soup recipe. This is mine! I got it from my friend Melanie who is an excellent cook. I like to puree ALL of the potatoes, but you certainly don't have to. Leave some chunky potatoes if you wish!

    Recipe #421914

These little gems are G-R-E-A-T! And soooo easy. My kids and I both love these. I like the layer biscuits best for this recipe; that's just my personal preference.

    Recipe #417505

I searched for this recipe for years after having the most perfect chocolate chip pie while I was in the hospital, of all places. I have tried making so many different chocolate chip pies, derby pies, kentucky nut pies, etc, etc, etc, BUT none of them were right! Finally, a gentleman at work brought this delicious pie to work for a Christmas party, and I snagged the recipe from him. And it turns out perfect every time!

    Recipe #415171

A friend of mine gave me this recipe several years ago after she brought this wonderful dish for a potluck. When I made it at home, my mother was so impressed, she called my aunt to tell her about the recipe. Well, we were surprised to learn that my aunt already had the recipe and has used it for years- she got it off of a bag of Martha White flour! The original recipe calls for 2 cups of sugar, but we like it best with 1 1/2 cups. This isn't as hard to make as it sounds....promise :-)

    Recipe #392740

This is oh-so good....the most moist, delicious banana pound cake you will ever eat. I hope you enjoy it as much as we have!

    Recipe #389203

This recipe comes from a friend of mine. I had never thought of putting Rotel into corn before, but it is SO good! Thanks Abbey!

    Recipe #374887

The best enchiladas I've ever had- really, the only ones I've ever liked! I crave these, and usually make them at least two times a month. You can easily use shredded chicken instead of ground beef, and feel free to use corn tortillas instead of flour...it's the sauce that make these enchiladas so AWESOME!

    Recipe #374878

This is such a yummy, spicy dinner! Sometimes, if I'm in a hurry, I will use a large can of diced tomatoes instead of chopping up the fresh. You could also add some chicken to this dish if you would like.

    Recipe #374710

We love this easy-to-make potato salad! A friend of mine at work gave me the idea, and I've played around with this recipe to get it just right. YUMMY!
