My first attempt at beef stew (hard to believe). The reason I made it is my mother broke her wrist and she loves beef stew...and guess what? She loved it! So did I and my husband. We've made it again and again.
This recipe is yummy, yet lower in calories than most pasta dishes. Our family loves it. Fast and easy. You could make the sauce ahead early in the day, reheat on low and add more stock if the sauce it too thick.
This is a tasty and easy to make salad. I love it because it is healthy, low-cal, and nobody would know it. This recipe is from Ultimate Foods for Ultimate Health by Liz Pearson and Mairlyn Smith...I highly recommend this book.
