I tried to make cinnamon rolls with canned biscuit dough the other day and they came partially unrolled while baking. The result was a semi-circle biscuit encrusted with brown sugar/butter/cinnamon mixture. AKA sweet, yummy breakfast bliss.
Well, I was panicking over losing a well-liked chicken stroganoff and decided to "ad-lib" as I call it. The results were even better than the recipe that I had lost, so it's my new and improved replacement. Hope you enjoy as well as I do!
I love macaroni and cheese, but haven't had much luck making homemade from recipes I have found. Sure, they were tasty, but not quite what I was looking for. So, I experimented and found a winner!
Prep time is cooking time for macaroni.
This past Christmas, I was searching for the best way to use my can of cream of coconut. Not finding anything that really sounded like what I wanted, I modified a standard bundt cake recipe. Makes 2 cakes - perfect for making one as a gift and keeping one for yourself.
I was shocked that all the snack mixes I found on here either had candy or nuts. My kids don't get sweets that often, and my youngest can't chew nuts yet. So, I threw this easy snack mix together and wanted to share it.
My favorite cookies are boiled cookies. So, when I wanted to come up with a treat that I could eat and feel kinda good about eating it, I came up with this. It's my boiled cookies with an attitude adjustment.
Hope you enjoy this as much as I do!!
Oh, and cooking time here is cooling time.
