    I came across this recipe and had to give it a try. What a delicious and easy way to have eggs. This is a great recipe to teach the kids to make so they can make breakfast on their own. *I wanted to add that veggie spray works well and I most often use 1 whole egg and 1 egg white mixed together for a healthier approach- you can't tell the difference!

    A creamy slightly spicy tomatillo dressing. I have no idea if this is the the exact recipe, but it is real good! When I made it though, I halved the recipe and substituted a medium salsa verde for the tomatillos and jalapeno (used 1/2 cup for half of the recipe). So good!

    Our family had this punch at a friend's party. It was so good and refreshing that my family demanded that I get the recipe. I laughed when my friend told me that all the measuring and mixing was done in a 5-quart ice cream bucket. My kind of recipe. Prep times does not include freezer time.

    This recipe is a quickie version of Szechuan Chicken. I used a ready-made stir-fry kit right from the meat department to whip this dinner up. The recipe calls for 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce and we thought it was way too much, so my recommendation would be to start with 1 T. and taste until it is right to you. It is also low in calories and fat so that is bonus as well. This recipe can be easily dressed up if you have the time.

    A Chinese version of scrambled eggs and ketchup. I was totally intrigued by this recipe because of the ingredients. I was not let down! So love this! I wish I could give credit where credit is due, but I am notorious for copying recipes and forgetting to write down where it came from. It says 2 servings, but to me, it's more like 1- just for me!

    We love popcorn at our house and not the stuff that comes in a microwavable bag. We use a hot air popcorn popper and then have fun with our flavors.
