In the mood for chocolate....this is quick and delicious. I love it warm right out of the microwave.

    Recipe #46975

I came across this recipe and had to give it a try. What a delicious and easy way to have eggs. This is a great recipe to teach the kids to make so they can make breakfast on their own. *I wanted to add that veggie spray works well and I most often use 1 whole egg and 1 egg white mixed together for a healthier approach- you can't tell the difference!

A creamy slightly spicy tomatillo dressing. I have no idea if this is the the exact recipe, but it is real good! When I made it though, I halved the recipe and substituted a medium salsa verde for the tomatillos and jalapeno (used 1/2 cup for half of the recipe). So good!

    Recipe #212675

From the Barefoot Contessa Party Book. This is a great last minute dessert if you have everything on hand.

Our family had this punch at a friend's party. It was so good and refreshing that my family demanded that I get the recipe. I laughed when my friend told me that all the measuring and mixing was done in a 5-quart ice cream bucket. My kind of recipe. Prep times does not include freezer time.

    Recipe #72032

This is a tasty spread or dip to be served with vegetables, crostini, or bagel chips and my personal favorite- on a tomato sandwich.

    Recipe #60226

Ever since I made the Brie Kisses appetizer recipe I have become addicted to Hot Pepper jelly. I spent a small fortune on small jars and then decided to try to make it myself. Well lets just say I don't have the nack for jelly making. However a friend of mine told me this method and boy my life has changed forever and it takes a whole five minutes to make. Okay, realistically less than 10 minutes depending on how fast you are with a knife.

This spread is the best! It is all I ever make for my crusty French bread. I am sure it can be easliy refigerated or frozen, but we never let it get that far.

    Recipe #97556

This recipe is a quickie version of Szechuan Chicken. I used a ready-made stir-fry kit right from the meat department to whip this dinner up. The recipe calls for 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce and we thought it was way too much, so my recommendation would be to start with 1 T. and taste until it is right to you. It is also low in calories and fat so that is bonus as well. This recipe can be easily dressed up if you have the time.

This is really good. I was in absolute heaven when I tasted this on the chicken. I have also just grilled the chicken on a GF grill and served with rice and vege. We all devored it. This recipe is from the cook book "The Best Recipe GRilling & Barbecue".

Tasty cheese ball with the added intense flavor of instant cheese sauce. This has become a favorite at our house for the holidays. I think I found it originally at allrecipes.com.

Okay we usually use Emeril's Bam seasoning on our popcorn, but when we feel like we are in the mood for more of a kick, this is the recipe we use. From Cook's Illustrated.

A Chinese version of scrambled eggs and ketchup. I was totally intrigued by this recipe because of the ingredients. I was not let down! So love this! I wish I could give credit where credit is due, but I am notorious for copying recipes and forgetting to write down where it came from. It says 2 servings, but to me, it's more like 1- just for me!

Lots of recipes for hummus, but if you like one that is light and airy-not dense and pastey this by far is the best one I've tried. I believe that I got it from Cooking Light magazine. My kids gobble it up.

When you are in the mood for something a little different when it comes to your popcorn!

    Recipe #280706

From the Cookbook "I Loved, I Lost, I Made Spaghetti". I really enjoyed this! Comfort food!

We love popcorn at our house and not the stuff that comes in a microwavable bag. We use a hot air popcorn popper and then have fun with our flavors. This recipe is soo good, especially if you are a garlic lover. I crave this, I do! Sometimes I will throw in some freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Mmmm. From Cooks Illustrated.

    Recipe #280397

This is our favorite way to eat Orzo at our house. Very similar to a risotto, much easier.
