This is a simplified recipe of Jambalaya from Sara Moulten's show, "Sara's Secrets". My family really enjoys this and I find it quite easy to make when the craving for Jambalaya surfaces.

    Recipe #39939

To our family this is the best recipe we have ever come across for Chocolate Chip cookies and we have tried tons. Give it a try, see what you think! It makes quite a lot, but it is no problem for our family.*The key to make these exceptional cookies can be two things 1. don't pack the flour when scooping it, use a light hand and/or 2. use half all-purpose flour and half pastry flour (once I tried this method-"so good" I won't go back to all-purpose unless I'm out of pastry flour..it really makes for an exceptional cookie!)

We love this Apple Pie at our House. In fact it's the only one I make. I love the cinnamon and nutmeg in the pie crust for a nice added touch. This recipe is from a Land O' Lakes Cookbook that I have.

    Recipe #39430

This is simple, quick and good enough to serve to guests. Just great!

These are great and simple Rolls from Southern Living Magazine. I do not claim to be a baker at all, but if I can make these anyone can and I always get rave reviews. The dough can also be used for yummy cinnamon rolls as well.Update: At one point I changed the recipe to canola oil instead of butter and added half whole wheat. Then a friend of mine made it and she substituted applesauce for the butter and she said it turned out great. I made it tonight with the applesauce and she was spot on!

    Recipe #39048

This is a great recipe that I use when I need a lot of moist flavorful cooked chicken/turkey. It's great for salads, enchiladas etc. The breast is even moist enough to slice up and serve for dinner or put on sandwiches.

    Recipe #39044

This a great dish, my family loves it! Next time I make this I am going to try to bake the chicken in the oven to help lower the fat a little.

This I am told is the recipe for that Hawaiian Pork that is just so tender and just falls apart. We love this. I serve it with white rice and a vegetable. Very good! My kids love it.

This is a different spin on making quiche and it is delicious. To prevent the crust from becoming too brown I like to cover the pie shell crusts around the edges with aluminum foil until the last 10 minutes or so of baking.

    Recipe #38713

This is a really great recipe, simple and delicious! It can make more than 4 servings depending on how many pieces you can put in.

I received this recipe from a lady in a department store who was demonstrating bread mixers. It makes quite a bit, I will guess at how much, because I have really never thought about it. This recipe can easily be halved, but typically I make the whole thing and then shape into logs or sticks and place them in the freezer and pull out as needed. I will give prep time 15 minutes for shaping into logs for the freezer.
