    I adapted these from another recipe found on the net. I made them a little less sweet/fatty. The result is fantastic! I am obsessed with these delicious vanilla goodies! They are good even without the frosting, but with frosting - divine!

    When I started the Candida Diet, I was surprised that I couldn't find a decent flax meal pancake recipe, so I came up with this one. Yacon syrup has a sweet taste, but it does not introduce glucose into the bloodstream. If you cannot find it, just leave it out. If you are not on the Candida Diet, feel free to replace it with maple syrup or honey. If you are following the diet, please use raw, organic apple cider vinegar and unsweetened almond milk in this recipe. Enjoy!

    i just love this tofu salad, to me it tastes like real egg salad. i think the secret is the Veganaise (a mayonnaise alternative available in most health food stores). it's great on a sandwich or as a dip with rice crackers (or your favorite crackers). i also like it on a bed of lettuce. enjoy!

    i realize there are a lot of split pea soup recipes on here, but this one is so simple and so good i just had to share. it is a combination of a recipe i was given years ago, and the recipe on the package for the Arrowhead Mills organic dried split peas package. i used organic canola oil, organic split peas, organic carrots and celery, and organic sea salt and black pepper -- and i think that definitely made a difference. very easy and good for you! enjoy.

    This recipe is based on the wonderful recipe listed here as Vegan Carrot Cake #8925. I tried to make it a bit healthier, and have found using organic carrots makes a big difference in flavor!
