This burger is so delicious, you will not miss the meat, promise! Here's a tip: If you don't want this patties to fall apart, you absolutely need to make a rough chop while processing, also try making thinner patties.

This recipe is a WINNER in my family! The sauce, light and tasty served over warm fettuccine will please everyone's palette. If you brine your chicken breast before, the meat will be even better and very very moist (BRINE: 8 cups water + 1/4 cup salt + chicken breasts. Let chicken marinate in water and salt for 4 hours or over night if you have the time, but 4 hours is fine for me)

Tomatillos are the key ingredient in this recipe. Fresh and cooked they are used in Latin American green sauces. I found the Tomatillos and chicken combination very delicious! Slowly cooked, this chicken recipe has fresh new flavors that absolutely deserves to be discovered. The tomatillo is a small round fruit covered with a parchment-like, green husk. Fruit resembles a green cherry tomato and it's flavor is lemony and slightly acidic. Don't forget to remove the husks before using them.

This bread is very easy to make, no yeast involved! It's more like making a savory cake. The saltiness of the olives and cheeses make it a perfect appetizer.

I enjoy making my own ice cream once in a while using my ice cream machine. The beauty of this homemade recipe is it's all natural ingredients with no preservatives which are usually found in store bought ice cream. I came up with this sweet treat using fresh pineaple and coconut milk. Sweet and refreshing taste of the south!

This risotto is a real comfort food. Tofu has a quite bland taste, but I particularly love the texture of it. In this dish the tofu absorbs all the rich tastes of wine, parmesan cheese and garlic!

My mom who just passed away recently, used to make this delicious salmon pie when we were young and had completely forgotten about it until just recently. Thanks to my sister Lucie who’s been making it on a regular basis and who reminded me about it ! Hope you enjoy this very comforting salmon pie.

I really enjoy baking these cookies especially in the fall season when the apples are at their best. A great way to use up all of the apples you picked at the orchard. Any kind of apples can be used for this recipe. Enjoy with a cold glass of milk or with a hot tea or coffee. Kids really love these cookies. Adults too!!

What can I say... such a wonderful and delicious way to eat vegetables. The flavors blend together so well and create this rich and spectacular dish. My whole house smelled like baked lasagna while baking this dish! Try using Vidalia onions for their sweet taste.

This recipe is delicious and a little different from classic baked macaroni. I add basil pesto to my sauce and that's what makes it sooo tasty. This pasta dish is a favorite in my family, especially those hungry teens!!! Try this you'll love it.

These muffins are filled with some of my favorite spices: cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. Use up any apples you have in your refrigerator. They smell as good as they taste.
