St. Patty's Day is right around the corner... Fill a pie shell or serve in a dish. This is sooooooo yummy and you won't believe how easy it is to make. It's going to be hard to wait for it to chill, but it's worth the wait!
The prep time includes time to chill.
These are so tasty I can't resist them. These only take a couple of minutes to make, so I put them out when I have company over.
If you are already melting chocolate for another recipe, this is a great way to use up the leftover chocolate.
These are amazing and look like you spent all day making them. I've seen them for sale for over $15.00 each. But let's face it, I'm cheap, so I came up with an easy way to make them myself. I bring these every year to Thanksgiving, but they are a great treat anytime! Enjoy!
This is not something that you see everyday, but you'll wish you did! It's so easy to make and perfect for pot luck dinners. I listed this with the cheese that I like, but you can substitute whatever you like. Also, feel free to add veggies to the sauce. Enjoy!
This is the simplest cake I have ever made but you can easily dress it up and look impressive. I have been making this for over 20 years and only recently realized it's vegan! Just top with powdered sugar or fruit instead of whipped topping.
This recipe is too easy to believe! And over the years, I've come up with a few tricks to make it even easier. It's so tasty; your guests will never know how simple it was. Or let kids make it for you!
This is the yummiest soup you will ever make. It's a wonderful way to warm up on a cold day and a great way to use up left over ham. If I don't have leftovers, I get a couple of 1/4 inch slices from the deli and cube it. You won't be able to have just one bowl. Cooking time will vary depending if you use fresh or frozen broccoli. Enjoy!
A friend told me about a dip she made that was too easy to believe. Well believe it! This is the best dip I've ever had and takes no thought or skill. My guests finish this every time and I always get requests to bring it to parties. I like to use scoop shaped chips. My serving size is a guess since I can eat a whole batch of this myself. :) Enjoy!
A great snack. Made with no butter or oil. I use salt-free spices to keep this as healthy as possible...but it's so tasty, you'd never know. (Adjust the Cayenne if you don't like as much heat.)
These make a great gift or the perfect snack to bring to your wine night.
