This is a version of the famous Thai soup created by a close friend of mine in London. I haven't found any place that serves a better soup than this!
I love Thai food, and this is one of the best tasting home cooked curries. You can cut back on the curry paste if it's too spicy.
I love this dessert for its pure and simple ingredients. Tart, sweet and buttery - be sure to use good quality butter! It's one of the easiest desserts to make with ingredients you probably have lying around.
This is delicious and not so strange! I definitely recommend using fish sauce if you can find it. I adapted this from a recipe I found in a bargain asian cookbook.
