Being a "rib connoisseur", it took me years to find a barbecued rib recipe that was suitable. These ribs are raved about by family and friends - they're the best I've ever had! I serve them with potato salad and rolls.
This simple but delicious recipe is amazing! I use a corned beef brisket (discarding the little package of spices that usually comes with it.) It is very good served with red new potatoes and red cabbage. The leftover beef is perfect for Reuben sandwiches. This is one of our family favorites.
Don't let the low cooking temperature scare you, it turns out perfectly every time. This is an extremely easy, VERY yummy recipe. My family once served 65 people using this recipe (with the help of neighbors' ovens!). This recipe has won an award in a cooking contest.
