This is a twist on regular oatmeal for breakfast. It's quick because you "bake" the apples in the microwave and use instanat oatmeal. Note: most of y measurements are guestimates because this was the first time I made this recipe so feel free to add or subtract ingredients. This makes 2 servings but you can easy double it.

    Recipe #372665

Quick and versatile side dish and delicious!

    Recipe #461431

This is the first time I made duck. I used diiferent suggestions to come up with my own version

    Recipe #246542

This is a version of Giada's Avocado and Arugala pesto that I used when I didn't have all of the ingredients on hand. It tastes really rich and creamy so it's hard to believe that it's good for you! I added chicken to it but it would be great with shrimp too.

    Recipe #460941

Very easy and elegant entree. I saw Rachael Ray make this but I couldn't find the recipe so I did it from memory and it came out great. I didn't have enough sausage so I added a few chicken tenders to it. The measurements may not be exact because I just eyeballed everything.

    Recipe #280394

This is a great way to use fresh summer vegetables and since I used rotisserie chicken it takes no time. Using a bottled balsamic dressing would make it even easier but I didn't have any on hand so I made my own.

    Recipe #247718

I saw Paula Deen do a similar recipe using just ground beef and cheese wrapped in puff pastry, but I decided to try a few different flavors. Very versatile recipe and will definitely try other toppings.

I came up with this recipe and tested it out tonight. It came out much better than I expected. It's grilled balsamic chicken topped with a garlic tomato basil sauce and covered in cheese! Measurements are estimates.

Chocolate lovers will love these (Chocolate cupcakes with chocolate chips topped with a chocolate ganache!). This is one of Giada's recipes. It makes a lot so it's good to bring to a party.

I found this recipe in the Everyday with Rachel Ray magazine. I have yet to try it but it sounds good. If you want to lighten it up, you may be able to substitute wheat bread for white, skim milk for whole, and dark chocolate for milk chocolate.

This is a Tyler Florence recipe that is very hearty and filling. Great for a cold night or a big crowd. The recipe says to let simmer 40 minutes, but I put it on at lunch time and cooked it all day and the chicken was super tender and falling off the bone!

    Recipe #280270

Very easy to make and addicting!

    Recipe #273752

Feeds a large crowd and can be made ahead of time and baked right before you want to serve it. Or you can freeze it for a later use.

    Recipe #273794

I came up with this dish when I had an abudance of home grown creole tomatoes that I didn't want to go bad before I left to go out of town. I will definitely be making it again! Many of the measurements are estimates and feel free use whatever cheeses are available to you (I used what was in my fridge). You can also roast the tomatoes a day ahead to save time.

This is unlike any chicken pot pie I have had as it doesn't use a pie crust, but it is my favorite!

    Recipe #273763

I found spinach, garlic, and feta chicken sausage at the store and thought it would be great on a pizza. I also had canned san marzano tomatoes so I decided to make my own marinara. You can substitute pre-made marinara to make it even easy. I also used whole wheat crust to make it healthier.

    Recipe #287824

This is a recipe from a Southern Living magazine. I used it for a party and everyone loved it. Can easily be doubled for more guests.

    Recipe #265127

This is a recipe from Oxygen magazine. It's super healthy and delicious! This will definitely fix your chocolate craving! I doubled the recipe to get 4 cups.

This cake is so rich and indulgent. It gets better the longer it sets in the refrigerator because the cake soaks up more condensed milk and caramel.

    Recipe #274016

Very easy recipe and tastes great.
