    I came up with this dish when I had an abudance of home grown creole tomatoes that I didn't want to go bad before I left to go out of town. I will definitely be making it again!     This is a twist on regular oatmeal for breakfast. It's quick because you "bake" the apples in the microwave and use instanat oatmeal.     This is a little different from most coleslaws because it is vinegar based and has feta cheese in it. I love the slaw at Zoe's so I tried to re-create it and think I came pretty close. Not sure of the exact measurements so I just estimated them on here. Great for as a side for a BBQ. The cook time includes refrigeration.

    This is a Tyler Florence recipe that is very hearty and filling. Great for a cold night or a big crowd. The recipe says to let simmer 40 minutes, but I put it on at lunch time and cooked it all day and the chicken was super tender and falling off the bone!
