I got this muffin recipe from a muffin cookbook this morning and I made it this morning. There is no cinnamon in the actual batter only in the topping - thought it might be good to add some cinnamon to batter which you could do if you want.
This is a recipe I got out of a Sue Gregg cookbook. Sue Gregg cookbooks are health conscientious cookbooks that try to use whole/natural foods. This is a healthy recipe, but tasty. The prep time is estimated.
I made these one time to go with soup that we were having for dinner. I made the dough balls too big and/or let them rise too much and they ended up being huge, but they were good and they were easy to make.
