This recipe was developed and given to me by a good friend. This is the way that my friend's mother and sister make beef brisket. This recipe is so good! Gravy comes out brown and slightly sweet. Brisket will melt in your mouth.

    Recipe #302487

This is the easiest one-dish mac and cheese recipe I have found. It bakes and firms up like a casserole, so if you like your mac and cheese creamy, then this is not the dish for you. I have gotten raves about this one at pot luck suppers and from family and friends alike.

    Recipe #447573

This recipe is posted courtesy of Williams-Sonoma. I take no credit for it's development and it is a wonderful, melt-in-your-mouth dish!

"A certain magic happens as the beef and aromatic vegetables slowly cook down with the wine, tomato paste, and broth." --Bon Appetit Magazine

    Recipe #518712

This cheese ball is very simple to make. Kids will have fun putting this recipe together. The cheese ball is tangy and flavorful. Best served simply with firm fruit and crackers.
