    I was going to make Chicken Guisada II the other night, but I ended up with this which just hit the spot! This was oh so tasty in some HEB Southwest tortillas. For those of you who have never heard of HEB they were tortillas that had jalapeno in them. These made juicy tacos but they were worth the mess!

    I was suprised to not find a recipe for this here. When I was a kid this was the highlight of all the drab showers I was drug to. I am not sure if this is the exact recipe of what I enjoyed, and I haven't mixed any up, but this is what i found around and it seems to be just what I have been searching for. I hope you will try this at your next function it truely is a treat and simple to make. Zaar gave me troublt with entering 7-Up soda, i would adjust the levels of liquid to your liking it may take more 7-up it may not i am not sure. I give you a basic backbone to a fabulous punch good luck! lol

    My soon to be in-laws have been vegetarian for longer than my boyfriend has been alive. They eat morning star for meat. I will admit that is good stuff, well sometimes, but not the real deal. I was given a huge roast this past Christmas and told to cook it. I was severed from the land of high speed internet, so I winged it and the results were to die for. The meat was tender and the veggies perfect, and the sauce left behind was great to put over the meat and well everything else in my opinion.

    I threw this together tonight because I had a dirty kitchen. I thought to myself what is in my cabinets that can make a one dish wonder and after I added a little of this and that I got a new dish.     My mother passed the torch of making sausage balls every Christmas to me about ten years ago. These are my brother's favorite thing at our Christmas eve gathering at grandmother's. This is really simple to make and very tasty. I don't believe I have seen this on zaar yet, well this version anyhow. Cook time is for one round of cooking the balls, depending on how much you make etc you can gauge how long it will take. The small velveeta bricks are the size you need and the regular jimmy dean tube of pan sausage.

    I was in the studio on Halloween night working on my metals project for over seven hours. Richard had the day off so he decided to surprise me with a nice supper. He prepared this dish, and I have only been teaching him how to cook for a short while. He based it off a recipe he found but he tweaked it quit a bit.     I found this somewhere online and just cooked it up for diner tonight. Everyone loved it!!! Four cheese mashed potatoes, fried okra and sweet kernal corn were our sides with a biscut for bread. Two college students pooled resources and made enough to fill two growin men(boys). I baked the chicken for an hour and twenty minutes in the end and it was perfect, also I doubled the amount of honey mix but used only one egg yolk, also I used sweet cream butter (unsalted) and drizzled maybe 2 tbs honey over chicken in the last 10 minutes. I basted at 20 minutes then 50, turned chicken baked 20 minutes basted and baked 10 more. All that said this is a winner and i will make it again.
