I threw this together because I did not find exactly what I wanted here. The results were just like a pizza! mmmmmm this is very filling as well.

    Recipe #314494

This is my first stab at a veggie soup. I made a huge pot and took it down south to share with my family and it was gone quicker than it took to drive it there.

    Recipe #314116

This is sheer laziness I suppose... I used fridge biscuits as a crust for single serve pizzas. I bought the hugest bag of pepperoni ever and so I have been trying to be inventive. We have had these numerous times already. In fact some are in the oven now. lol

    Recipe #314113

I made this up because i wanted to use some cream cheese and cherry pie filling... Richard exclaimed this was delightful, so i figured why not name it Creamy Cherry Delight. This might be excellent as a frosting with or without the cherries and with other types of fruit as well. I used my kitchenaid to blend this

    Recipe #313049

I thawed some thighs and then realized that thighs seem to be the neglected chicken part in recipes. I decided to make fettucine alfredo and throw caution to the wind and put thighs in it. The results were very tasty. I didn't add all the ingredients I anticipated because I feared there would not be enough sauce, but there was so might I suggest sweet peas and mushrooms in this.

    Recipe #313045

I bought this huge bag of pepperoni at Sam's and had all this fresh produce so Larkann and I made pizzas tonight. This was in one off Larkann's cookbooks and so we made it and created some wonderful pizzas! this dough has a yeast flavor to it for sure, but it was delish.

    Recipe #308720

I had a lb of lean ground turkey the other night and had to feed three people with it. Simple you say, but my computor was disassembled for cleaning purposes so I could not reference anything to be creative with the meat. This is what I did to it and it was great! I broiled it because we havce no access to a grill. it ended up takin an hour in my toaster oven on broil so I really don't have a great cooking time, but I am sure you guys can wing it. I served this with seet potato chips like my mom made when I was young I will put those in the instructions I suppose.

    Recipe #308577

This came from my slow cooker cook book. This was oh so oh sooooo good.

    Recipe #308428

This is from my slow cooker cook book. We enjoyed this.

    Recipe #308426

I made this up in mason jars for part of my Christmas gifts this past year. I thought I had lost the recipe forever, but a little spring cleaning and there it was. i bring it here to share with you guys and to make sure it isn't lost again. The original recipe calls for peanuts, but I am not a huge fan of those so I substituted marshmellows and it is just divine.

    Recipe #308424

I went on a camping excursion and everyone chipped in with fresh produce to have a community stew. This is what happened in one of the pots, well the best i can to recreate it anyhow. I did not make this at the camp out but asked what the lady did. To the best of my memory this is as good as it gets. This came out tasty but probably way less curry than she added. This was my first time to use curry in my cooking so I went very light with it because it is not my favorite flavor. I hope you guys like this I think it is a nice summer soup.

    Recipe #308379

This is so gringo it is unreal, but I like the name and that is what they look like. ;) I thought this up because I wanted to make the same ol thing different. I think changing the stuffing will be fun to try... Tell me what you come up with.

    Recipe #305279

I made this last night for Richard, Trenton, Philip and myself. Philip helped me cook and when we finished he and I were so proud! This meal was an experiment. We served this with rice a roni creamy four cheese rice and yellow squash and zuccini that i sauteed in smart balance and lemon juice. (salt and pepper and fresh rosemary off the bush outside of Trenton's house.)

    Recipe #304198

I threw this together tonight and we thought it was pretty tasty. this came together in less than thirty minutes because we had a dead line for the begining of Hell's Kitchen... That is our one sinful television indulgence... The rest is pretty much discovery. anyway i hope you guys enjoy this.

    Recipe #302564

This comes from my slow cooker cookbook. I picked it up because I seem to find the same things on the websites. I have been trying different recipies and this one is to die for! I spiced the meat while it browned with salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, chili onion and garlic powder, cilantro and chipotle. I used the jusice in the beans and tomatoes and drained the corn. I have this pan my mom gave me that makes three inch cylindrical bowls out of cornbread so I served this in those. This was just to die for! We are have dark truffle chocolate mousse for dessert. I hope you guys enjoy!

    Recipe #302139

This is pretty much chicken spaghetti but with penne. It is just as good but less messy...

    Recipe #301445

I got a slow cooker recipe book for the busy woman because my online searches turn up a lot of the same things. I figured maybe the book would offer some ideas. I made a roast today that was created from one of the recipes I saw in the cookbook. It came out great the only bad thing was that Richard and I had to smell it cooking for six hours. It was torture...

    Recipe #295462

Last night Larkann and I whipped this up instead of going out to eat, which has been the trend lately THese came out great but they seemed a little on the white folk side of mexican so they are called gringo enchiladas... LOL I hope you all enjoy.

    Recipe #291348

I had been craving this for a while. I looked at a few recipes but figured I would create my own with what i needed to use up. This was the result... It is different, but tasty and the next day it is even better.

    Recipe #281588

I created this on a whim, and it came out alright. This is just a collaboration of things try it out. We had this with oven roasted corn on the cob and a wonderful fresh salad.
