This is my Grandma Louise's recipe for a sweet potato casserole. I swear it is the best thing I have ever eaten. She makes it every Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter. If you are bringing this to a party, it can easily be reheated by covering it with aluminum foil, placing it in an oven at 350°F, and heating it for about 20-30 minutes or until just bubbling. Enjoy!
Note: Prep time does NOT include time needed to prepate fresh sweet potatoes/yams.
A healthy pasta salad that I created by myself! It's made with whole wheat pasta and a mix of vegetables. If you don't have a local Trader Joe's, the Hodgepodge consists of broccoli, water chestnuts, carrots, red bell peppers, mushrooms, baby corn, sugar snap peas, and onions. This can be made even more low calorie with a lighter dressing. Makes 1 quart, four 1-cup servings.
I haven't made this yet but it looks sooooo good! The recipe from the Godiva website. All chocolate is originally Godiva brand. Cream cheese is originally regular, NOT Neufchatel. Cooking time DOES NOT include overnight refrigeration (6 hours).
