I came across this recipe on another website. I happened to have all the ingredients on hand...but used canned tomatoes (drained) instead of a fresh one and it came out great! Such a simple and delicious curry dish!
This can be made with almost any kind of canned fruit and jello flavor. Pineapples/Mandarin Oranges can be substituted for raspberries and raspberry jello, etc.. Be Creative!!
I found this recipe on another website and altered it to my liking. The beef falls off the bone and its juices are absorbed into the potatoes. This is one of my favorite crock pot dishes.
I threw this one together after not being able to find the recipe I had used the one and only time I had made beef stew. Luckily, I was blessed with a pretty good memory. Here it is....
