The freezer section of most markets carries these racks and it is good to serve 2 people. If you want to serve 4 then buy 2 and double this recipe etc.

    Recipe #519991

Very rich and can be served as a main dish or side. Pictured here with Asian roasted Duck Breast.

    Recipe #519988

Like peanut butter cookies but have a friend or family member with a nut allergy? Never fear, hears your answer. Looks and tastes like peanut butter cookies as the nuttiness of the Tahini is very similar in texture and taste. Sprinkle with sesame seeds prior to cooking if desired.

    Recipe #519743

Fresh and flavorful. Can also substitute other types of left over fish or shellfish, or clams and oysters. Serve with your favorite bread on the side. Developed from a recipe from Taste of Home web site.

    Recipe #519552

Nice and fresh. I serve over cooked and chilled Quinoa. Great side dish to a heavy protein.

    Recipe #519477

A flavorful Curry that works well with any meat. I have used it with Goat, Oxtail, and Turkey Breast so far and they all tasted wonderful. The tougher the meat the better it seems to taste. Picture is a Goat Curry served on organic Brown Basmati. Recipe is modified from a recipe on Food Network.

    Recipe #519309

I have also made this with Asparagus or peas and soy bean mixture. Use you choice of fresh or dried pasta. Very rich and VERY good! Leftover sauce is awesome the next day.

    Recipe #504414

A variation of an original Alton Brown Recipe. This breakfast pancake is served with syrup. A 10-12 inch cast iron pan is pretty important. I pre fry up the bacon in batches and freeze in "snack size" zip locks for quicker time to the plate.
