This is from an old Betty Crocker holiday cookbook that I have, dated 1996. It's delicious and a nice change of pace as far as sandwiches go. I was unable to find cranberry-orange sauce so I used whole berry cranberry sauce instead. I also just use turkey lunch meat.

    Recipe #405291

    From Cooking Light Magazine

    Recipe #386164

This was in Healthy Cooking Magazine. The recipe is from Janet and Greta Podleski-authors of "Eat, Shrink, & Be Merry". The recipe says to not use fat free or tub type cream cheese. Hoping to try this soon- although the serving size looks a bit small...

    Recipe #386148

From Hebrew National. I sometimes use navy beans in place of the butter/lima beans. I have a hard time finding butter beans at my local stores. I also sometimes leave out the peppers.

    Recipe #378112

From Bush's Beans. Here is their description: "Spread warmed leftover soup over crispy tostadas and layer with chopped rotisserie chicken, shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, and avocado for a quick supper or snack. For a thinner soup, use only 2 cans of black beans."

    Recipe #370800

    Recipe #370798

    From Southern Living

    Recipe #370542

From Taste of Home Magazine. Haven't tried these yet, but hope to soon.

    Recipe #369023

From Taste of Home magazine. Haven't tried this, but fajitas in the slow cooker sounds interesting!

    Recipe #369009

A hot dip with some zest. This is good when using light ingredients also. From Better Homes and Gardens.

    Recipe #346688

A very simple jello recipe. I serve this every year as part of our Thanksgiving meal. Sometimes I leave out the pecans.

    Recipe #341473

I can't remember where I first got this recipe, but I have had it for about 10 years. This is good for when you want to make a homemade breadstick, but don't have time to work with a yeast dough.

    Recipe #335252

This is a family favorite at our house. Originally from Light and Tasty magazine. I usually reduce the amount of beef to 1/2 a pound and use canned corn. Instead of adding the cheese into the beef mixture, I add it along with the lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream.
