Delicious & Impressive Appetizer! The recipe calls for a Smoked Gouda; but you can substitute ant semi-firm, easy melting cheese (Mozzarella, Cheddar, Swiss)
You can make these ahead of time and freeze them before baking. Do not thaw before baking...just bake for 25 minutes.
These are To-Die-For!
These are so elegant and easy to make. Amazing flavor! I use jarred Roasted Red Peppers, but you can make your own if you wish. If you are not a fan of Chevre (Soft Goat Cheese) then use Boursin or Cream Cheese to substitute. Enjoy!
Fresh Oysters are the key to this recipe... it is soooo good! If you are using fresh caught (not store bought) Oysters, use about 25 shelled Oysters (Don't forget to save the juice!)NOTE: If you are making this Chowder in advance, complete steps 1 - 4. Then just before serving cook and add the oysters to avoid them being "chewy".
Serve with crusty bread... Enjoy!
This is a crowd pleaser!
Toasted Baguette Slices topped with Cream Cheese, Roasted Red Peppers, Parmesan Cheese and a Lemon twist... Yum!
I use jarred Roasted Red Peppers that are already seeded and peeled, but you can make your own.
I took this amazing soup by Giada DeLaurentiis and added my own spin on it. The meatballs in this soup are so wonderful because of the combination of pork & beef. I've substituted frozen spinach for the traditional kale because I prefer it, but you can add the kale if you'd like. This is a "must try" recipe!
You have to try these at least once. They are absolutely delicious... dip them in a little ranch dressing and you'll be addicted!
Use your favorite cucumber pickles (I've only tried Dills, but Sweets might be good too!)
