    I created this recipe myself and it's delicious! You can add more green chilies if you like it hotter or add chili flakes or cayenne pepper. You can substitute any seafood for shrimp or cook a variety of seafood in it, if you wish.

    I ordered Chili Chicken from a local restaurant and then tried to re-create it a week later. This was the result :) You can use boneless chicken breasts but you can also use chicken thighs/legs if you remove the bones first. Use corn flour to marinade the meat (not cornmeal) or regular flour will do too.

    A recipe that I just tossed together and it came out so well that I thought I'd post it! I'm sure you could omit the cheese and peppers and add honey or sugar to make a sweet version of this. You could also add chopped onion, green onions, green chillies, etc for a slightly different flavour. You could also put creamed corn but if you do, I'd probably decrease the amount of milk.

    This is a recipe that I created by trying different recipes and combining them and changing it every time I make it. You can vary this by not adding any beef at all, or you can add sauteed mushrooms, any variety of peppers (sweet peppers, jalapenos, banana peppers) or any variety of meat. You can also vary the flavour by substituting chicken broth, vegetable broth, or even fish broth. You can add peas or shredded carrot, cilantro for flavour, or any vegetable of your choice. Another thing I sometimes do is to add steamed shrimp to it. As you can see, it's very versatile, so experiment!
