Heres my quesadilla. I am not even that sure of how to spell it, but it works. These quesadillas are really good. I eat these whenever I come home from school sometimes and I do not have time to grill some chicken or something like that to eat. They are popular with my mom and my sister. They love to eat them, the problem is is that I always have to make them. lol. I hope you like them. These quesadillas may get messy. So sometimes you have to eat them with a fork. But I still LOVE them. These are also low fat. They are made with fat free mayonnaise and cheeses which doesn't seem to take away any flavor. Or thats my opinion. Light cheeses and mayonnaise can be used as well. I made this recipe up all by myself using my tuna salad recipe and adding shredded cheese. Quesadillas are popular in this house, we eat ham quesadillas, to grilled chicken quesadillas and this happens to be my favorite.

I made this up all by myself. My mom and I are big tuna eaters. I eat tuna everyday and I find this to be the EASIEST and TASTIEST way I can possibly make my tuna salad for my lunch everyday. It's very quick and takes me about 5 minutes, it's also low fat and good for you. My mom tells me all the time that she loves it. I enjoy it as well, I eat this tuna salad nearly every day for lunch at school. I eat it with crackers, on bread or plain with some fruit, the Mrs. Dash gives it a great flavor, I always keep Mrs. Dash on hand. I hope you like it. It's a recipe concocted by a 15 year old chef. lol.

I didn't know what to call this so I called it Black Bean Salsa. This is a VERY good salsa and SO easy to make. It makes A LOT of it as well. So it's good for cookouts and dinners. My mom got this recipe from a friend and we made this together that night. It was mandatory that we got to the grocery store to get the ingredients for this. I absolutely loved it! I also find that it's very healthy and high in fiber. I enjoy my salsa with some WOW tortilla chips. . . or even on an egg omelette. My mom and I nearly ate half of it before we even chilled it. Or you can put it this way.. . we went through a whole bag of tortilla chips. lol. Enjoy! (I do not know how many servings this makes, all I know is that it makes a WHOLE lot of salsa. And the prep time is estimated)

Hey, I never tried this recipe. I found it on recipesource.com whenever I was looking for the nutritional analysis on the Beef and Broccoli Stir fry I had eaten at a Chinese restaurant. I absolutely LOVE that stuff. It's the greatest stuff. So you know that this has to be good. The prep time and cook time is unknown. If you could please tell us that would nice.

Yet another recipe from Light & Tasty. It is a good recipe, and goes great with stews. It's a good change from cornbread.

    Recipe #51400

I found this recipe in the Light & Tasty magazine, and I make it at least once a week. A whole pot will due all week. It tastes even better when reheated. I changed it a little bit. It was a originally a slow cooker recipe, but since I'd rather cook it on stove top, it works the same. And takes a lot less time. Serve with cornbread or Recipe #51400.

"This must be one of the best cookies I have ever eaten." Yep, that's what my mother said the first time I ever made this cookie. It is a GREAT cookie recipe, and not difficult to make at all. I tripled the recipe and took it to school to sell... I sold all of them with in an 80 minute time span to only 4 people. They are good cookies, I can't resist them whenever I make them. And they turn out so nice whenever you bake them, it's hard to make an ugly snickerdoodle. lol. Enjoy. (prep time is estimated)

    Recipe #49534

I got this recipe out of a Muscle and Fitness Magazine, and tweaked it a little to become my own. It only started out with about 3 ingredients and I had to add all sorts of seasonings, and little extras which really did change the flavor. My dad enjoyed it, and so did my mom. I thought it was good for a nice quick and easy meal, and not to mention 100% good for you. I will definitly be making it again, and I'll keep on adding ingredients until I feel like its absolutely perfect. Enjoy!
