    Recipe #425017

This recipe came from my husband's mother (who had 7 kids). It's a great way to "stretch" burger. My kids just love it when I make this. I think it's called Texas Burgers (Tex Burgers) cuz she made it on Texas Toast bread. The hamburger juice gives the bread a great flavor

    Recipe #352869

Rich, creamy coconut ice cream laced with coconut and dark chocolate! Nothing better....worth busting a diet for.

    Recipe #316575

This recipe came from a WE-energy book compliments of chef Mark J. Olson, culinary arts instructor in Janesville, Wisconsin.

    Recipe #258127

This recipe came from a WE-energy cookbook, submitted by an employee.

    Recipe #258125

This came from a WE-energy cookbook from chef Mark J Olson, culinary instructor in Janesville, Wisconsin.

    Recipe #258114

This was given to me by a former bartender that they used for their "house mix". It's much cheaper than buying those commercial mixes and you can tweak it to your own taste. Enjoy!

    Recipe #242442

This came from the famous Leinenkugel's Beer Lodge in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. I like it because most of the cooking is done in the crock-pot.
