Great pink cocktail! I plan on serving this one for Valentine's Day to DH and some great friends!

    Recipe #284937

Flaky, forgiveable and stays crispy under the soggiest circumstances! And did I mention delicious?!

    Recipe #239831

A great little appetizer of fresh mozzarella and tomato spears, drizzled with a basil vinaigrette. No one can eat just one!

    Recipe #242034

Every time I make this, I get a lot of great reviews. I think I got the recipe years ago in a Taste of Home magazine. I always make extra dressing and keep it around (practically forever), as it tastes great on everything!

    Recipe #241631

Not sure where this came from. My mom just made it one day and got the whole family hooked. Delish!

    Recipe #257980

Grammy used to bring these over every Christmas morning. We were supposed to eat them with the goose, ham, or whatever meat we were having, but they hardly ever made it that long.

    Recipe #239865

A very versatile vegan pesto! Can be used as a spread for crackers or to spice up a number of different dishes.

    Recipe #239746

An attractive treat for any gathering. The salad makes a lot, is delicious, and beautiful to boot! Fabulous for all the great summer fruits.

    Recipe #241871

I recently made this for a baby shower, and it really hit the spot. Refreshing, not too heavy, and really delicious! I think it'd also be good with roasted red peppers and artichokes, but I left those out this time.

    Recipe #242026

A favorite of the boys I cook for once a week. It takes me back to the good ol' days where you could actually find good, homemade macaroni salad at your sandwich shop.

    Recipe #258459

I think I've got to dedicate a whole online cookbook to Moosewood Restaurant--such fabulous treats! This sauce goes great with Recipe #241527 for a great appetizer or snacky-snack.

    Recipe #241528

This recipe will cover one cake mix and do decorations. Every time I make it, people say they love it!

    Recipe #242039

Simple but very delicious! Holds great at room temperature--the perfect potluck salad!

    Recipe #239868

I got this recipe from Weight Watchers, and it's actually one I can "trick" my husband into eating if I don't tell him where it's from. Their version says this serves four, but that's only at four-ounce portions. So, I put it in here as serving two--as two breast (halves) typically make up a pound. But, if you're watching your waistline, this is a great one! Try it with some steamed spinach and my Recipe #241374, and I guarantee it's as good as any restaurant meal! (Incidentally, a four-ounce portion is worth 5 points on WW.) Read the recipe through before you start!

    Recipe #241378

I've had this from a deli case at my favorite local gourmet market. They use a nut-filled tortellini, but as that's not always available, I've substituted cheese filled. It is absolutely the best pasta salad I've ever tried.

    Recipe #239870

A lighter, or at least a bit healthier, version of a great summer classic. From one of my favorite cookbooks, Moosewood Restaurant.

    Recipe #241533

My friend Wendy introduced me to Honey Garlic Pork Chops at an amazing Chinese restaurant in town, Sea Garden. They are absolutely so delicious--I had to come home and try to recreate them. This is as close as I can get.

    Recipe #246930

Wedding soup is a very old, almost religious tradition in Italy. They throw small pasta instead of rice or bird seed; thus, it is honored in this soup. It is considered good luck for the bride and groom to consume this soup, preferably in the presence of loved ones, either the day before or the day of their wedding. This is my version of love.

    Recipe #257083

As simple as this is, people seem to love it. I made them for my friend, Devon's, baby shower and had several requests for the recipe.

    Recipe #243463

I got this recipe from my dear friend Jackie, and have been absolutely hooked on it since!

    Recipe #239599
