courtesy of waitrose - i've slightly modified this from the recipe provided by best supermarket in the uk, waitrose. this is so easy and quick and flavourful! it is vegetarian, but i've made it with added chicken (cooked just before the veg) which worked great too. feeds four hungry people.

    Recipe #252246

It is unbelievably easy, very good for you, diet-friendly...and delicious! The chicken literally melts in your mouth. It's addictive too :)

    Recipe #252244

it sounds very odd but it is absolutely delicious, for me anyway. I just discovered it on a whim. I think it is best eaten when the rice is still hot, because the peanut butter melts inside and is just gorgeous. please try it :)

    Recipe #249639

I couldn't believe that it was my first time making cupcakes--these turned out absolutely perfect. They are light and fluffy and just utterly gorgeous. If heaven has a taste, I'm sure this is it. I used "Fluffy White Frosting" from recipezaar, but honestly, these are perfect by themselves. [from crazyaboutcupcakes.com] NB: the directions call for an electric mixer but i don't own one, i did all the beating by hand and it was just fine.

    Recipe #241916

sneaked this out of a book in the bookshop! they have a light texture and very moist, with the lovely taste of lemon and a hint of nutmeg.

    Recipe #238995

Courtesy of foodblog "Simply Recipes", this looks delightful as well as being delicious, and quite simple!

    Recipe #237295

Courtesy of foodblog "Baking Bites", my first attempt at making home-made bagels, and they were a HUGE hit! Please, please try it for yourself!

    Recipe #237257

just like the title says! Courtesy of foodblog "Bake or Break". In my photo they are done to make crispier cookies, but just undercook them a little to make them soft and gooey if you like.

    Recipe #237256

Deliciously refreshing with a decadent edge! The combination of lemon and pasta is definitely under-rated. Courtesy of foodblog "Cream Puffs in Venice". The photo I posted is made with fresh home-made pasta, which made it even better!

    Recipe #237255
