I've been making this BBQ sauce for years and I finally wrote down the recipe at my oldest instance. This sauce is thin, somewhat sweet with a little kick at the end. I use this to marinade our ribs as well as for basting, dipping etc.

This recipe is so old the paper is yellowed and stained! It's a staple in our house and has been used for muffins, cake or bread. I've added cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg to really spice it up, or chocolate chips and nuts to make a special treat. It's always a huge hit and freezes well. It's moist, light and fluffy. This will make 4 loaves, so you may want to half it. But I like making two loaves and then a bunch of muffins, one loaf will get delivered to a neighbor, the other devoured by the kids and the muffins get frozen and pulled out for breakfast treats.

I use my (recipe #290716) recipe for this but packaged chorizo or even left over taco meat will work great in this. All measurements are approximate and you should adjust according to your tastes and what you have on hand.

My husband came up with this recipe when I wouldn't let him buy the real thing anymore. It's very tasty and if you use ground pork is exactly like the stuff you buy at the grocery.

Super simple dish I came up with to use some hamburger. Mix and match veggies as your family desires. This is one of those dishes that even the kids will eat! It has a light Asian flair to it with out being "Chinese".

Preserved lemons yummy... From a sewing friend, this is a distinctively middle eastern dish. Delightful blend of flavors and textures. It does require a little more time in the kitchen, but is well worth it!

This is a white sauce with a definitely Northern feel. The Worcestershire gives it a little zing and the white wine adds some depth. This could easily be a "company" dinner if it was made with beef tips
