This is a very moist bread. Friends bring me zucchini that are too large cause they know I make bread and they will end up with a loaf as a TY! The recipe is from "Old PIONEER Recipes" by Bear Wallow Books. I hope you enjoy. By the way I don't know prep time cause I've never timed myself.
A friend gave this to me, along with about 6 other friends, we all use it and love it! I don't know where she got it. I usually fix four pork chops, and I only use half the marinade and freeze the rest. This is also good on chicken.
This is out of The Harvey County News, submitted by Cindy Roberts. I haven't tried it yet so I don't know much it makes or how long it takes, but it looks good and I didn't want to lose it so I'm just guessing on amounts and times.
I was looking for a recipe to enter in our annual salsa contest at the county extention office. I took bits and pieces from different recipes and came up with this, the carrots made me courious. Well I ended up winning 1st place to my suprise! I think this would be good in meat loaf but haven't tried it yet. Vicki
