This is a very good recipe for my son who is 2 years old. He isn't one for chicken, but will eat this. I put individual servings for him into the freezer so when the hubby and I eat something that we know he won't eat, I just pop this in the microwave. Very easy and satisfying. When I cook the turkey I add other seasonings like cumin, season salt, and chili powder; all to taste. My husband and I love this recipe and love to make corn bread with it. It is the best when served the next day. It also freezes well!

From Family Circle (May 05). Could be served with coleslaw. Super easy, versatile and quick. I haven't tried it cold, but that would be an idea!

My mom and grandma use to make this every Christmas or special holiday, but it had to be extra special. This is a great dessert that keeps those great memories close by. This is an old recipe so keep in mind that not everything is exact. Use your own discretion when baking. 1/2 cup of packed rasins can be added to this dish, but I prefer it plain and served warm with whipped cream.

From Vegetarian Times: Low Fat & Fast. Can be converted to low-carb by using the Dream Fields pasta. Did your tomatoes turn out bad this year? Try using canned whole tomatoes or chopped. Replace kalamata olives with black.

Recipe from Rachael Ray's Express Lane Meals. So I took out all of her goofy language since it's a bit annoying to me. Her cooking, though, is great! Leave comments to let me know if you added or took out anything. This dish seems very versatile... convert to vegetarian or add sausage.

This is so easy and taste great! I used a cast-iron skillet and put it directly into the oven. Saved on dishes. Serve with coleslaw.

This is from my mother-in-law. This makes a large amount; it can be halved. You can also use frozen crawfish tails, it saves time from peeling the tails.

Very good and easy to make. We serve this with 2 vegetables. Add some garlic powder and season salt to the creamy sauce for a good kick. Also, I butterfly each breast to evenly and quickly cook the chicken.
