A yummy brunch dish that will impress. Recipe comes from Betty Crocker's "Easy Recipes with Rotisserie Chicken" March 06.

This is a very good recipe for my son who is 2 years old. He isn't one for chicken, but will eat this. I put individual servings for him into the freezer so when the hubby and I eat something that we know he won't eat, I just pop this in the microwave. Very easy and satisfying. From Betty Crocker's Slow Cooker Meals Feb 06

Recipe courtesy George Duran of Ham on the Street. I love HOTS and I couldn't pass up this recipe! This would be great right after a BBQ. This is intended for camping, but at the end of the recipe there is alternate way to cook this.

From Family Circle (May 05). Could be served with coleslaw. Super easy, versatile and quick. I haven't tried it cold, but that would be an idea!

    Recipe #172880

From Family Circle. I couldn't find a similar recipe, but there are many other "Sausage & Peppers" dishes. This one is quick and easy, not to mention filling. This could be doubled.

If you are looking for a different slow cooker recipe, try this one. From Family Circle. Very different than the usual bbq sauce, etc. Sub soft buns for flour tortillas. This could easily be cut in 1/2.

From Vegetarian Times: Low Fat & Fast. Can be converted to low-carb by using the Dream Fields pasta. Did your tomatoes turn out bad this year? Try using canned whole tomatoes or chopped. Replace kalamata olives with black.

Vegetarian, Low-Carb, or even add chicken. This is a great, versatile recipe. I replaced the mushrooms with zucchini. Add cilantro to give it a kick. Low-carb: replace chinese noodles with Dream Fields Pasta or no pasta at all. From Vegetarian Times: Low Fat & Fast.

This is so easy and taste great! I used a cast-iron skillet and put it directly into the oven. Saved on dishes. Serve with coleslaw.

From Pampered Chef using the Cut-N-Seal. Cut-N-Seal or similar kitchen tool must be used to make sandwiches. This tool is great for making sandwich pockets, mini pies, turn-overs, etc.
