Got this "secret" recipe from a close relative. You would swear there was horseradish in it but there's none! Great for sandwiches. We like as dipping sauce for soft pretzels. So easy, so good! Must keep refrigerated.
I checked out the other recipes posted and this one is alittle different. I bet each one is good -- got this one from niece and received raves about it at parties! Definitely better served warm with Scoops or Tortilla chips.
This may sound alittle strange with the hard boiled eggs -- which aren't a particular favorite of mine. But it's a very tasty casserole. Great to take to a potluck dinner. FYI, the husband doesn't like green peppers so I replaced with 1/2 cup sliced olives.
A co-worker gave me this recipe over 15 years ago and I make it for parties all the time. It makes a LARGE ball so I usually break it up into 3 smaller balls and freeze some. Can remain in freezer up to 3 months. If you have problems finding crock blue cheese...check out www.angusbarn.com/country_store.html
