I made this variation of salmon patties/cakes last night. Very frugal and thrifty recipe but tastes great. Serves 2 at 3 to 4 cakes each depending on how they are formed.

    Recipe #300192

Sunday morning was busy and we needed lunch quickly and stress free. The chicken can be frozen and cooked in the microwave while you're cooking the sauce and noodles on the stove. For that matter, you could in theory cook the noodles/sauce in the microwave too (though I have not tried that).

Need a chocolate fix? This will do it :) Came up with this last night walking through the grocery store when I had a craving for chocolate, and cherries but was low on money and already had a pie shell at home. This is an experimental recipe open to ideas and tips. I did notice last night that after 40min bake time a toothpick used to check for doneness came out clean but when cut into the mixture was still watery. This is probably due to I had added 1/3c. water. I baked longer and it did fine. The recipe below omits water to allow for a better bake time.
