    I had this salad at California Pizza Kitchen in Charlotte NC, and it blew me away! I couldn't find a recipe for it, so here's my attempt at recreating it. I used the ingredient list in their menu (and photo) for inspiration. It can be served without chicken or steak for vegetarian for a very satisfying salad. Posted for safekeeping. Servings are estimated.

    This is an adaptation of Sackville's Spinach, Tomato and Feta Quiche. I'm doing low carb and wanted to leave out the crust and make into muffins to go. I changed it up a little and wanted to get the nutrition facts.

    This is a very creamy recipe with a bit of crunch that my friend gave me. It's soooo delicious and I'm always asked for the recipe. I've doubled it for potlucks. You could save time by using a 3 pound bag of boneless skinless chicken and cooking it ahead of time. Why not pop the chicken into your crock pot to cook while you are at work? When you get home, you just assemble and bake! Your family will ask you to make this again and again. Try it and I think you'll be pleased.

    This frosty non-dairy delight is the standard breakfast in our home every weekend year-round. Frozen fruit (no sugar added) makes for convenience and frostiness. The fresh bananas give it its thick, creamy texture. Couple this smoothie some almonds or pecans on the side, and I suspect this must be a taste of heaven. It makes a blender full and tastes best when made fresh. If you happen to have any leftovers, pour them into freezer pops for a healthy and yummy snack the kids will love. Be creative and use whatever fruits you happen to love. Measurements are approximate, we just fill up the blender. :)
