Vegetarian soup, but could add cooked lean turkey kielbasa slices if you'd like to add meat. This dish was also listed under low-cost recipes costing less that $2 per serving.

I got this recipe out of the local newspaper. My boyfriend loves hamburgers so this caught my eye. This recipe is so easy and dinner is ready in about 10 minutes. We were very pleased with the flavor and juiciness the burgers had. I'd call it the burger's sophisticated older brother! For a quick, inexpensive meal using staple ingredients, this is a nice change from a regular hamburger.
