    Recipe #253296

This is a great way to enjoy a clambake without all the work of digging the whole, heating the rocks and packing the food in seaweed. The amounts of the foods can be altered to your liking (listed amounts are a per person approximation). It can be done outdoors in a big kettle placed on a propane burner. Turkey fryer pans work well! Serve with lots of melted butter, crusty bread, cold beer/wine and napkins!

    Recipe #253271

A traditional Italian soup for all you clam lovers. Serve with crusty bread to soak "mop" up the sauce.

    Recipe #253242

This recipe is from Yankee Magazine. In New England where maple syrup is "the other fine wine", this recipe is simple with a silky texture.

This is a great pot roast recipe form the official New England Magazine, "Yankee Magazine".

    Recipe #251956

When we lived in Indio, CA, this was one of our favorite meals served at a great authentic Mexican restaurant! I recreated the recipe and enjoy it to this day in Northern CA. Beware, it's spicy! Serve with mexican rice, refried beans and warmed corn or flour tortillas.

    Recipe #251736

This is a very old recipe that my Mom would make years ago. Old memories are always good memories! You may want to update this recipe by adding fresh mushroom, sliced.

    Recipe #244095

Why buy jar roasted peppers when you can have the flavor of fresh peppers. Roasted peppers are versatile and can be served in a variety of dishes. Try them with broiled or grilled poultry, beef or fish. Chop them and mix with garlic, tomatoes and basil, spreading over slices of toasted sourdough bread for a quick bruschetta. The possibilities are endless!

    Recipe #244091

A nice use of all those fresh summer tomatoes! Serve these along side roast chicken or pork chops, or serve with bacon and eggs for breakfast.

    Recipe #244085

I ran across this recipe and thought this would be a fun family activity. I received an ice cream ball as a gift that has the same concept. A great "family time" activity with a sweet reward at the end!
