These are not spicy (feel free to add spice if you like yours that way!) but have a fresh, vibrant flavour that goes well with burger buns or with other sides such as Mexican rice.

To make jello a little more interesting, I added my favourite tropical fruits and it worked beautifully! This is so refreshing on a hot day and the low sugar version is great for waistline-watchers. I use sugar free jello but feel free to use a small packet of regular peach jello. I have been told that fresh pineapple prevents gelatin from setting so only use canned for this recipe. Cook time is chilling time.

This is the weeknight version of my Recipe#368572- same great flavour but quicker and easier to make. If you use another type of pasta, you may need 2 cups as macaroni is small and dense. Also feel free to substitute bacon for the pancetta- it works just as well.

This is quick and easy to prepare- a great meal with salad in the summer or with more substantial sides in the winter. I like that it is a complete meal, without the fatty crust associated with a quiche. If you do not have Cavenders seasoning, pepper will do. I use extra lean bacon medallions so add about 1/2 tablespoon of oil to cook the bacon in.

This makes a really nice change from pizza. The classic ham and pineapple combination works beautifully here.

This is a quick, tasty meal that provides a simple alternative to traditional pizza. You can add toppings to suit your preferences! Feel free to also add fresh herbs- basil would work beautifully!

This is an elegant way to serve meat and vegetables from the grill. You can adjust the spice to suit your preference- most will probably like this spicier than I do!

This creates a wonderful paste that can be used in a variety of ways- roasting meat, vegetables, grilling sausages, with rice or couscous. The flavours blend to make a vibrant, warm dish.

These potatoes are my favourite kind- crispy, flavourful and delicious! The spice paste here is my Moroccan spice paste with added olive oil but I've copied it out here in full to make the recipe easier to use. Cooking time includes time for the spices to blend. Thanks to a review, here is a suggestion if using a convection oven- cook for 40 minutes total, the first 15 mins at 350F and thereafter turn it up to 400F.

This tastes like a fresh fruit version of a thick shake with amaretto. The amaretto gives a warm flavour to this otherwise ice cold treat!

    Recipe #375460

This looks so effective and the blend of fruit and bourbon flavours tastes wonderful! I like milk chocolate in this recipe but dark chocolate would also work very nicely. Cook time is chill time.

The creaminess of the feta blends beautifully with the fresh tomato and olive flavours. If you like, you can buy a block of feta cheese and save thin slices to top the tomatoes with, although I find it easier to buy cubes of feta.

This is a quick and simple rice salad. The creamy feta blends beautifully with the black olives. If you leave out the cucumber, this is also lovely served warm. I like the flavour as it is but if you don't like vinaigrette tart, feel free to reduce the amount of red wine vinegar to 2 tablespoons.

This is a quick and easy side dish that tastes delicious. The pine nuts give a wonderful flavour and texture.

A simple yet effective side dish that covers vegetables, carbohydrates and dairy in one dish. Plus it tastes superb! British tomatoes are fairly small but I've designed the filling to fit medium to large tomatoes, but not as large as beef tomatoes. Adjust the amount of filling depending on the size of tomato you have (any leftover filling makes a yummy snack!)

I recently started weight watchers and have been searching for flavourful yet healthy meals. This is a really easy side dish or take-to-work lunch. Feel free to use fresh herbs in place of the italian seasoning, but add them toward the end of cooking. This recipe serves 3 as a side dish or 2 as a lunch. The figures may be different between countries, but by British Weight Watchers, this whole recipe is a total of 9 1/2 points.

These are very tasty and healthier than beef burgers if you're watching your waistline. The basil really stands out here to give a fresh, summertime flavour.

This is a tasty side dish which also works well as a take-to-work lunch reheated in the microwave the next day. Makes 2 lunches or serves 2-3 as a side dish. The figures may be different between countries, but by British Weight Watchers, this recipe is a total of 10 points, so if you make 2 servings out of it, they would be 5 points each.

I was trying to find a healthy, flavourful meal and this hit the spot. The topping is not quite so healthy but the crushed nachos give the meal a well-balanced flavour.
