    I came up with this in a attempt to add more vegetables to my diet. This cheesy dish tastes indulgent without compromising your waste line. Add the cream cheese for a richer tasting side. By my calculations, this is 55 calories per serving without the cream cheese and about 65 calories per serving with the cream cheese.

    I got this recipe from Kraft. Its easy and smells delicious while cooking! I use commerically prepared spaghetti sauce, but I'm sure homemade would be even better. I've always used the high cook setting - but I'm also impatient!

    I got this idea after a visit to my local Roly Poly. My version is a little different from their's. They use turkey, bacon and basil mayo in place of the ham and plain mayo I use. I've posted this recipe for one serving, but I never measure anything when I make it, so feel free to make any adjustments you want to fit your taste. I make it using my George Formeman, but you could also use a panini machine if you have one.

    I got this recipe from the Hungry Girl website. I didn't see where anyone else had posted. I'm posting it as they have it written, but I've subbed green pepper for the red pepper and I usually add a small summer squash as well. The time includes 24 hours for the vegetables to marinate. You can eat them before the 24 hours, but they are much better if you wait. They are even better after two days. According the website, the nutritional value is: 1/5th recipe: 57 calories, 1g fat, 7mg sodium, 14g carbs, 1.5g fiber, 10g sugars, 1.5g protein = 1 Point.

    I got the original recipe for this from Betty Crocker. I made a few minor modifications to the list of ingredients and the prep method. These are a great way to get added fiber to your diet. I haven't tried freezing these yet, but I have refrigerated the final burgers and warmed them up with good results. I like to use chili beans in spicy sauce. Prep time includes time to refrigerate the patties.
