This makes one waffle or two pancakes but can easily be increased. Beating the egg whites makes the whole wheat waffle light & fluffy.

    Recipe #92105

You need food processor to make this. I make this in teaspoon balls for toddlers or for freezing & dipping in chocolate for Holidays and tablespoons for bigger “kids”.

    Recipe #186587

Raisins can be added. The balls also freeze well for place & bake straight from the freezer. Just add about 2 minutes to the cooking time.

    Recipe #146733

A small batch of wheat free chewy cookies. The ground raisins make it extra moist and sweet. Unbaked cookie dough balls freeze well.

    Recipe #440082

I use a Magic Bullet type food chopper to pulverize the nuts & powdered milk together. The powdered milk stops the nuts from sticking together & the milk blends better.

    Recipe #389026

This needs a juicer but is great for lunchboxes. I add an extra 1/2 cup sugar for birthday cake.

    Recipe #184805

If I don't tell anyone that its fruitcake, this disappears at parties. It has a very light texture and looks like unfrosted carrot cake at first glance.

    Recipe #39379

Posted by request. My eldest daughter brought one of these to a Thanksgiving Dinner. They asked for it, so here it is.

    Recipe #197441

A traditional Norwegian pastry recipe from my grandmother. We make it Thanksgiving weekend to serve at Christmas. Hard work but worth it.

    Recipe #46915

About 1/2 as thick as the stuff from the store. I've been making a cooked eggnog for years. I had the taste right but never could get the texture. Cooking time is cooling time. The use of pudding as a thickener in Southern Eggnog #15186 by Lennie was a great idea.

    Recipe #107392

A sweet way to serve cabbage. Less sugar can be used if you prefer a sourer version
