These are my husband's favourite cookies (and mine!). The cookie batter is just the right sweetness, balanced by the chocolate chips. What I like about these cookies are they are so quick to make and I always have these ingredients on hand. I make these at least twice a month!

    Recipe #364466

I found this copycat recipe on another site and made it, and had to share it on Recipezaar! It is a great garlicky dip for a flat bread (I tried it with Crispy Beer Flat Bread recipe #154024). Very quick to make. But beware you may need some gum or breath freshner after. I try not to make things with mayonnaise in them because it isn't really healthy, so I try to use as many low fat or organic ingredients as possible.

    Recipe #305973

This is a great appetizer and can be made in 10 minutes. It is a chunky guacamole and loaded with healthy ingredients.

    Recipe #276346

I made this soup from a recipe I found in a Canadian magazine, but made a couple of yummy adaptations. It tastes better the longer it simmers, so you might want to let this one sit on the stove for a little while. This is a filling and tasty soup.

    Recipe #276385

Caught this recipe on Every Day Italian and looked so good I had to try it. It is absolutely delicious! The sauce is slightly sweet and the onions caramelize really nicely. The original recipe puts the final product into crusty Italian buns, but I prefer it with pasta. I have tried this recipe with chicken instead of sausage, but make sure the pieces are small enough that they cook evenly and stay moist. Don't worry about the time it takes - it is SO worth it!

    Recipe #329322

I got this recipe from the newspaper and wish I could remember the source. It is a delicious soup and so simple - and great with grilled cheese sandwiches! You can use milk or a lighter cream to lower the fat.
