New Zealand is world famous for its manuka honey, which is used for health reasons, medicinal reasons and of course for cooking. This glaze is perfect for ham.
For all of us lemon lovers out there! Made extra good with manuka honey, which has good health benefits. I find manuka honey at Whole Foods.
