If you are an eggs benedict purist, this recipe is not for you but, if you are like me and like to change things up, this recipe is a delicious twist on eggs benedict. I made it for Easter breakfast and it's wonderful and not too difficult with some help from the supermarket. I used chopped Canadian bacon in place of the ham. I also have an egg poacher insert so I didn't make the poached eggs the way it said to in the recipe.
A sweet treat for breakfast or teatime. Blueberries or boysenberries can be subbed for the blackberries. Using frozen berries makes this easy to make at any time of the year. The berries do not have to be thawed.
A colorful addition to any Mexican or Southwest meal. If you can't find Mexican oregano, regular oregano can be used. I don't like cilantro so I leave that out and sub parsley -- not the same taste but it works for me.
This flank steak comes out so delicious! It is so easy to make and you can put the marinade together, toss in the flank steak and toss in the freezer for an OAMC treat. The recipe comes from the Super Suppers cookbook.
