Great for something different at your next barbecue. Boneless, skinless turkey thighs cut into cubes can be used in place of the chicken. This can also be used for OAMC by combining chicken and marinade in a ziplock bag and freezing. Place frozen bag in refrigerator the night before to begin defrosting.

    Recipe #299606

A different barbecued chicken recipe from Hawaii. If you don't have Kona coffee, you can use any strong brewed coffee. If you are buying Kona coffee, don't buy a Kona blend as there is little Kona coffee in a blend.

    Recipe #299568

This recipe is easy and could also be used for OAMC. I am posting the recipe as written but I think you could easily make half and have more than enough to marinate a flank steak.

    Recipe #299528

I never have apple pie spice in my cabinet so I make this up when I need it. It only makes 2 tablespoons.

    Recipe #299206

Fried shrimp with a spicy orange sauce.

    Recipe #299204

A great do-ahead dip -- serve with your favorite tortilla chips. Feel free to use frozen corn instead of fresh -- just make sure to thaw and pat dry. The recipe comes from the Pepper Lovers Club of Virginia Beach.

    Recipe #298853

Fresh peaches are just one of life's pleasures and this crisp really lets the flavor shine through.

    Recipe #298763

Perfect to serve with any fish. This recipe makes 1 1/4 cups so I guessed on the serving size.

    Recipe #298761

Great on spinach salads or as a dip for fresh fruits.

    Recipe #298031

This is a great bread to serve with a simple dinner since it has such great flavors. It makes a 2-pound loaf.

    Recipe #298028

This bread is great as is or toasted. It makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf.

    Recipe #297790

    Recipe #297372

This recipe came in my email from King Arthur Flour. I haven't tried it and I am posting by request. It looks delish!

    Recipe #297282

A fresh tasting margarita! If I am using a premium tequila, I don't salt the rim since I think it takes away from the flavor of the tequila.

    Recipe #296893

A breakfast casserole that can be made the night before and refrigerated until baking the next morning (add 10 minutes baking time) or can be frozen. Two 15 ounce cans of crushed tomatoes can be subbed for the fresh tomatoes. Serve with warm tortillas and hot sauce on the side.

    Recipe #296889

I am not a huge fan of whole wheat bread but this one doesn't taste like your typical whole wheat bread. This makes a 2 pound loaf. I use King Arthur Flour (all-purpose) in my machine -- not bread flour -- and it comes out perfect for all the doughs I make. I guessed on baking time since it's different depending on how you bake it.

    Recipe #296837

A mochaccino is a cappucino with chocolate syrup added and these brownies are chocolate with coffee added.

    Recipe #296764

A good choice for a hot sumer day. All the ingredients can be marinated in the vinaigrette, except the lettuce, for extra flavor. Marinate, then toss with lettuce -- very easy!

    Recipe #296243

A treat for breakfast or tea that can be made year-round with fresh or frozen raspberries. The streusel ingredients make much more streusel than you will need so you can cut it down. I make it all and put the extra streusel in the freezer and then I have streusel whenever I need it. I usually just mix up the streusel in a bowl and work in the butter with my fingertips. I also only get 10 muffins out of this but I have a tendency to really fill up my muffin cups.

    Recipe #296241

Perfect for a luncheon or brunch or just for something different for your lunch.
