Shaped in a soft mound rather than a flattened cookie, this cookie not only has great flavor, but it's also wonderfully soft and tender. If your taste runs to melt-in-your-mouth crumbly - rather than chewy, crisp or crunchy - this one's for you.

    Recipe #303401

These golden cookies are very crisp, very light (yet still sturdy enough to decorate), and not too sweet, which makes them the ideal candidate for a flavored icing or glaze.

    Recipe #303353

These sturdy, crunchy, golden-hued cookies are plain and simple. Less sweet than a normal cookie.

    Recipe #303351

This big, dark brown, lusty rounds bear little resemblance to the light tan, chunky-looking cookies anyone would immediately identify as oatmeal. Grinding the oats makes these cookies smoother in appearance; grinding the raisins also evens out their texture and adds wonderful moistness and flavor. And molasses lends that old-fashioned taste.

    Recipe #303343

A bit darker than most due to its dark brown sugar, this cookie retains its crisp texture even when raisins are added. Solid and sturdy, it's a good traveler.

    Recipe #303341

This oatmeal cookie is a crumbly-crunchy. If you're not a raisin lover, leave them out.

    Recipe #303339

Though dissimilar in appearance, on the first bite of this cookie you'll think Girl Scouts Thin Mints! King Arthur Flour

    Recipe #303331

If you're an aficionado of those big, soft chocolate chip cookies you find at the mall, or being sold from a kiosk at the airline terminal, give these a try. Loaded with chocolate and nuts, with the mild, nutty flavor of oatmeal, these cookies are also similar to those sold in fancy department stores. King Arthur Flour.

    Recipe #303329

This recipe is from Light 'n Tasty. Great tasting muffins with a hint of orange.

    Recipe #286544

This recipe is from Light 'n Tasty and is a terrific muffin! Just the right amount of chocolate and banana.

    Recipe #286479

This is a simple yet delicious apple cake. A short list of ingredients make it a snap to put together. Don't let the small amount of batter scare you, it does rise up and fill the pan nicely. I think it would be great with cool whip or ice cream and served warm. Enjoy!

    Recipe #282147

These are very crisp, crunchy cookies that are full of chocolatey goodness. A big hit in our house. For this recipe I recommend weighing your oats, I found that when using a measuring cup I get way too many oats as opposed to using the weight on the carton. I also used a medium cookie scoop to measure out the cookies (probably 1/8th of a cup). Since it makes 66 cookies I recommend making some dough balls and freezing them until firm, then putting them in a freezer bag to bake at a later time. Then you can just pull out what you need and bake them. Prep time is an estimate.

    Recipe #278591

This is from the Sunmaid Raisins. It's a good lowfat cookie recipe. It is chewy since there isn't much fat in it at all. Enjoy.
