I developed this recipe after making pickled beats as Christmas presents, I wanted something sweet to go in my gift baskets, so... this is what I came up with. It is a huge hit, especially warm over ice cream.

    Recipe #443900

I got this recipe from Fitnessmagazine, this recipe was written by Deena Kastor. I did not make it the way she wrote the recipie, we happen to like full fat cheese, and fresh herbs. We also went for light citrus flavored beer, and olive oil rather than the canola oil, as the olive oil provides a better taste.

    Recipe #320056

Shepherds pie with a bit of a kick!

    Recipe #281402

Versatile juicy stuffed peppers, my X mother in law is half Greek and half Polish, she used to make this recipe quite often with green peppers. I have changed it a little to make it a little less acidy and bitter, and so that kids (or at least mine) like it. It is also a great dish to make for days you won't have much time to make dinner; you can prepare this the night before or early in the morning put it in a crock pot; plug it in set it for when you want it done and go.
