I like my burger lean and healthy and my skinny wife wolfed it all up. Simple home made tasty burger but it would not give you a Mac heart attack.

    Recipe #339948

As usual, I was in my lazy mode and not wanting to eat Mac Heart Attacks, took a trip down to the local store and got me wife and I something to eat for less than 10 sing dollars. Grilled chicken, how can it ever go wrong.

    Recipe #341849

Grilled chicken thigh topped with mash potato and baked. Served with bread and gravy. Serves 2

    Recipe #338314

If you are like me who cant wait for hours to make a chicken broth and I have only my wife and I to feed, this is comfort food to come home to and best for hangovers.

    Recipe #340338

My own version of the comfort Sunday roast shepherd's/cottage pie. The laziest way I know besides buying a frozen or delivery service, which is essentially paying a premium for defrosting. So try it out if you will and see if it suits your palate.

    Recipe #341853

Sambal chilli is a popular condiment particularly in Asia, whether its used as a dipping sauce or as a gravy. Purists will make their own sambal but these days, makers of chilli have raised the bar that some prefer ready mades to the real thing. This sambal chicken that I have prepared is easy, tasty and best of all you can control the heat. For me, if I am dripping buckets at the end of the meal, it's a wrap for me, but you can tone it down if you like.

    Recipe #341378

I am Hainanese, so when I cook chicken, does it make it hainanese chicken? Anyways, as my nick suggests, I do not like to spend too much time cooking but I do not like to sacrifice on taste too. So this is my take on how you can whip up a comforting steam chicken with broth to ease up the day's tension. You can use any part of the chicken really, I just prefer the breast meat (but I am really a butt person)
