Creamy Feta Dip (Some Like It Hot, Others Not!)
    Handle

This recipe comes from a friend of mine, which I have made a couple of changes to make it easier, the great thing about it is quick and delicious. There are two basic variations of it, one is spicy and the other isn't for those guests that don't like spicy foods. It is great with bread, chips, veggies or even as a cracker spread.

    Recipe #433147

    Select
Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup Substitute
    Handle

Condensed Cream Of Mushroom Soup is very uncommon here and is therefore pretty expensive. Here is what I use instead, it would also be good if you prefer not to use the highly processed version and would be a good way to reduce salt if you use low sodium broth or could be made vegetarian by using vegetable broth

    Recipe #497727

    Select
    Barbecued Kangaroo and Macadamia Salad
    Handle

I need to try this, it sounds lovely. Prep time doesn't include manination time because you should do it for at least 1 hour, but it suggests up to overnight so I will leave up to you how long you want to do that. I found it here: http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/21609/barbecued+kangaroo+and+macadamia+salad+with+honey+mustard+dressing

    Recipe #483681

    Select
    Berthoud (Savoyard Cheese Casserole)
    Handle

This is dish from the Savoie, the Alpine region of France. It is warm, delicious comfort food, nice after a long day in the mountains. This recipe has it with boiled potatoes but also great with bread. You will need 4 small ovenproof dishes 15cm-20cm in diameter.

    Recipe #482657

    Select
    Hot Scotch Punch
    Handle

Don't worry, unlike a Glasglow kiss, this punch will only hurt you if you have too much. You can take a cheaper whisky for this as the sugar will balance things out. Great for getting a party going, of course you can reduce the amounts for a few people it you fancy and nice nightcap instead.

    Recipe #484925

    Select
Pimientos Rojos Con Anchoas (Red Peppers With Anchovies)
    Handle

This sounded really good to me, I will give a try at some point too. http://spanishfood.about.com/od/tapas/r/pepperanchovies.htm

    Recipe #483386

    Select
    Pommes à L'auvergnate (Auvergne Apples)
    Handle

A nice idea for a lovely apple salad presentation that would be great for guests as it should be done ahead of time.

    Recipe #483373

    Select
Prawn (Jumbo Shrimp) and Zucchini in Gorgonzola Sauce
    Handle

A warm comforting dish that came from inspiration of a box of black rice and some leftover frozen prawns. It is rather quick and easy but doesn't taste like it! Not at all low fat but you have to spoil yourself sometimes! :) Goes great with Forbidden rice risotto, but would be nice on top of pasta as well.

    Recipe #444119

    Select
    Traditional Welsh Rarebit
    Handle

Real Welsh rarebit has a real bite to it, which means you need a strong cheddar, sharp cheddar or mature cheddar. You can serve it by itself on white toast or add toppings to it. My personal favourite is poached egg or fresh ripe summer tomato slices. Yum!

    Recipe #483772

    Select
    Chili Garlic Broccoli
    Handle

This is a recipe of one of my friends. It was modified from a recipe with Kai-lan (Chinese broccoli) that her mom made back at home in China. She used Western broccoli because Kai-lan was usually pretty expensive where we were living. The measurements are estimates as she would do it by the look of it.

    Handle

I think will make them myself the next time I do tortillas now I found recipe for them. :) I found it here: http://nibblesandfeasts.com/2011/05/nestle-kitchens-enmoladas-de-la/

    Recipe #484066

    Select

    Handle

I found this when looking something to do with the cauliflower. I made this up from 3 recipes with the same name. It is more mild Indian dish.

    Recipe #483067

    Select
Jhat Phat Sabzi (Bell Pepper Paneer)
