This recipe is really good. I eat this on a cool, cold morning or I eat it for a light lunch. It's really good. I got this one off the message boards for WW.com. I also subsititute fat free ricotta cheese for the fat free cottage cheese. You can use both they are very good.
I haven't tried this yet but it's on the menu for this week. I got this one off the message boards also from WW.com. It looks like a great side dish to just about any meat or even just eaten by itself for a lunch.
I got this from the WW Core message boards. I tried it while having company over and they all loved it. It is so simple and most of the ingredients are staple ingredients that you would have. I put this on top of whole wheat couscous or brown rice.
I got this recipe from the Week 1 book WW. I have it many times and I love to make it cut into 6 servings eat 1 then freeze the others. It's a great dinner with a salad when the family is eating the hot dogs, pizza or stuff you just don't want to eat. It's also makes for a quick & delicous lunch.
This recipe is courtesy of Racheal Ray(30 minute meal) episode. I made this at the request of my son. We all loved it. Now when I make it I make up a double batch of the meatballs & freeze them for the next batch of soup. If doing that make sure you use fresh meat ot frozen. This has great flavor and is great if you are sick and need a little pick me up. I substitute ground venison for the 1 lb. gnd. meatloaf mix. I also substituted parmesan cheese instead of the parmigango-reggiano only because can never find it.
This recipe I got out of the Weight Watchers cookbook Nov/Dec 2007. I have made it with or without the coucous and it's really good either way. It's a different tasting stew than i'm used to but it had a nice flavor. This stew is 4 points for 1 cup serving of stew & 1/2 cup couscous.
This was a life saver for me when I started Weight Watchers. It's really good and with 2 slices WW wheat bread(only adds 1 point) It was quite filling. I got the recipe from the first week book of Weight Watchers.
I got this recipe from Super Suppers cookbook. I added a few fresh herbs to the recipe to make it my own. I felt it needed more flavor. In this recipe I did write in the fresh herbs I added. This recipe is really good with fresh herbs (although dried can be used). It's fast & easy to make.
I got this from SouthernFood.about.com. It is really good and so easy to make. It can be made either in the crock pot or in the oven. I don't like Cranberry sauce much but this was really good. I've actually had it with out the apples also and it turned out fine.
I got this recipe from Super Suppers recipe book. I changed few of the ingredients to my families liking. My husband says it's the best pork dish he's had. He's always asking for it. And it's so simple to make. It can be made in the crock pot or in the oven.
This recipe I got from Taste of Home-What's cooking little magazine. I made it several times over the summer and it was really good. I made it when I was having company and everyone loved it. It was something different but yet simple & healthy to make.
This recipe I got from Taste of Home's What's Cooking magazine. It's a great flavor for chicken--everything blended together nicely. I also make this in the oven during the winter time. It turns out great.
