This is my version of scrambled eggs. My kids would eat this every day if I had time to cook breakfast every morning. This is a recipe you can get creative with.

    Recipe #198066

Original recipe came from a Southern Living Quick-n-Easy Weeknight Meals, and I've modified it to fit not only our taste, but our budget as well. Very tasty, and my kids gobble this one up.

Adapted from the Culinary Institute of America. A family favorite that I have tweaked for our tastes. A great light summer supper!! This is also very tasty with shrimp in lieu of the chicken.

    Recipe #64825

Adapted from a friend who got this from BH&G. Prep includes chill time.

I would eat steamed Alaskan King Crab legs 24/7 if I could afford it! But on the rare occasions (that are getting few and far between) that I do treat myself, this is THE butter "sauce" to dip the meat in! It could be used to dip any seafood in - I've just always reserved it for my crab legs.

    Recipe #42086

This dish is staple food in our house. The chicken is soooo tender and tastes so good! Marinating overnight does the trick. You don't HAVE to do it overnight. On occasion, I have forgotten to prep it the night before and done it in the morning. It is still very good, but it is much better if you marinate overnight. The onions (IMHO) compliment perfectly.

I hated all forms of pot roast until my MIL made this for me and got me hooked.

My mom made this for my husband and he begs for it to this day! Not one of my personal favorites, but I'm not a big chicken fan. My kids love this dish as much as he does though, so I have to make it pretty frequently around here!

I am a former addict of "Chocolate Clouds" - the ones that used to be found in the freezer section and they were made by PepperRidge Farms. They only stopped making them because I liked them, which is usually the case with anything I like. I just threw this together one day while in the midst of a chocolate craving - mmmmmmm. Not the same, but just as good! Since I have been making these on my own, I have seen various other recipes for them.

This is the best taco salad I have ever had. One would not think Catalina dressing belongs on this dish - but I believe that single ingredient is what puts this salad over the proverbial top. I got this recipe from a friend of a friend of a friend, and I was hesitant to try it, but I am so glad I finally did! My kids love this salad! You can adjust the ingredients to suit your own tastes, and I love recipes that easily let you do that, especially when there is someone who dislikes an ingredient or favors one over another. As you can see, I have left the actual measurements of most of the ingredients up to your taste and imagination.

This could be eaten as a meal all by itself! I have used this recipe for years and my family simply loves it. You can add more cheese to suit your tastes (or a different kind of cheese all together - I mix it up every once in a while with a four cheese mexican blend). Enjoy!!
